Purpose/Opportunity:
Our client needed complete site development, including civil and mechanical services for their project. The challenge was ensuring timely procurement and evaluation of resources to meet financial and technical specifications. To that end, Crossfire purchased all of the pipe, fittings and small bore valves to meet all client needs.
Methods:
We used our supply chain group and a pre-assembled team of subcontractors and vendors to secure the best market materials and services. Our proprietary bid evaluation tools allowed us to compare bids efficiently. The construction team ensured decisions were both analytically sound and practical.
