As Senior Vice President of Regional Operations, Page Pickett leads Strike’s Southwestern and Rockies regions, providing strategic oversight for regional operations and project execution. Since joining Strike in 2011, he has held a series of progressive leadership positions including Construction Manager, Business Unit Director, and Vice President of Southwest Operations. In his current role, Page is responsible for leading regional operations with a focus on safety, execution, and consistent project delivery. Page describes the culture at Strike as one built on high expectations, performance, and accountability, with safety serving as a non-negotiable foundation.

With more than a decade at Strike, Lupe has grown from Rig Welder and Fabricator to Superintendent in our Gulf Coast Region, leading large-scale projects while consistently reinforcing a culture centered on safety, integrity, and quality. Through his hands-on leadership style, daily field presence, and commitment to accountability, Lupe has helped his teams achieve outstanding safety performance, including zero recordable incidents across multiple major projects. His dedication to both his team and his family continues to exemplify what it means to lead by example at Strike. 

Rebecca Niblett serves as Program Manager for Pickett Systems’ standard meter stocking program, coordinating 80 to 100 projects at any given time. Since joining the company in 2022 as a Project Coordinator, she has advanced through leadership roles, including Project Manager and now Program Manager. Rebecca credits her success to building strong relationships across teams, vendors, and customers, while developing a deep understanding of the business. She describes the culture as supportive and purpose-driven, with leadership that fosters trust and clear communication.
