Strike’s Cook Team at Sky High for Kids Spring Clay Shoot in Houston

The Strike Cook Team was honored to serve some of their favorite menu items at the Sky High for Kids Spring Clay Shoot. The crowd pleasing bacon wrapped quail and stuffed pork loin created repeat visitors to the Strike big rig. The Strike big rig is popular throughout industry events and has become a staple at many golf tournaments, clay shoots and other fundraising events in the Houston area and throughout Texas.

Jonathan Trexler, Strike’s Cook Team Lead, attributes the success to the Strike standard of culture of hard work and collaboration. Along with Trexler’s right-hand man, Colton Williams, the success continues to grow.

Strike has been a proud part of the Sky High for Kids mission since 2011. Strike has been an event sponsor as well as a corporate partner. The mission of Sky High for Kids is to provide comfort, fund research and save lives of children fighting pediatric cancer and other life-threatening conditions. The organization thrives through dedicated and generous event attendees and sponsors.
