Strike has a long history of partnering with local, regional, and national charities and companies to effect positive change. Campaign for Change, a Strike community advocacy initiative, was founded in 2012 with the mission of raising awareness and educating Strike's employees on the importance of giving back. We provide our team members with approachable opportunities for all employees to participate in and make a difference both in their communities and nationwide.

Each quarter, Strike employees have the opportunity to partner with an organization to make a difference in the lives of those that need it most. Strike not only impacts others’ lives, but the lives of the participating employees are also enriched by people they meet and causes they learn about.
Campaign for Change provides Strike employees with opportunities to get involved and give back by volunteering time or donating resources to charity.
