Berns Costa has been with Strike for 12 years, progressing from Special Project Coordinator to Senior Director of Supply Chain and Quality. Through roles spanning supply chain, contract controls, and project controls, he developed a broad understanding of how each department supports the field and overall business success, learning that processes must work not just on paper but in real-world conditions. Today, he leads Supply Chain and Quality efforts, strengthening supplier partnerships, supporting revenue and margin growth, and ensuring work meets expectations through training and a strong Quality Management System. Berns describes Strike as resilient and team-driven, and what keeps him coming back each week is the people and the opportunity to help solve the industry’s challenges.

Brittany Bannister has been with Strike for eight years, advancing from Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accounts Payable Supervisor, to her current role as Accounts Payable Manager. In this position, she oversees the accounts payable department, ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of invoices and payments. Throughout her career, Brittany has learned the value of hard work, adaptability, and maintaining a growth mindset. She developed a strong willingness to learn new skills and views constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow. These experiences built the resilience and professionalism that prepared her for greater responsibilities and ultimately led her to her current role. Brittany describes Strike’s culture as safe, professional, and community-driven. To those just starting, her advice is to be a sponge. Learn constantly and absorb as much as you can from those around you. Ask questions, take notes, and seek feedback often. Her main motivation is providing a safe, loving home for her children, inspiring her to give her best every day.

Josh Price has been with Strike for five years, progressing from Senior Designer & GIS Manager to his current role as Design Manager. In this role, Josh leads designers and drafters across all disciplines, ensuring projects run smoothly and teams collaborate effectively. Through his experience, he has learned the value of understanding every aspect of a project and the power of teamwork. Josh describes Strike’s culture as the best he’s encountered in 30 years of pipeline work: supportive, ego-free, and focused on shared goals. His advice to those starting out is to ask questions, stay curious, and embrace learning; attitude and willingness to grow are key. Outside of the office, Josh deeply appreciates Strike’s commitment to the Special Olympics, an organization close to his heart, and takes pride in being a part of a company that helps make meaningful experiences possible for others.
