Campaign for change is a community advocacy initiative at Strike, LLC. Since its inception at Strike's 2012 annual conference, the mission has been to raise awareness and educate Strike's employees and families on the significance of giving; to provide opportunities for them to give of their time and resources to local communities and throughout the world; and to impact others by changing themselves. Each quarter, Strike employees have the opportunity to partner with an organization to make a difference in the lives of those that need it most.
Recent organizations to which Campaign for Change has donated time and resources to include Freedom Place, Yellowstone Academy, Pregnancy Assistance Center North, American Cancer Society, SkyHigh for St. Jude's, the city of West, Texas, the US Army, Habitat for Humanity, the Wounded Warrior Project, Barbara Bush Foundation for Family Literacy, the city of Moore, Oklahoma, KaBoom! and many more. Campaign for Change is about creating approachable options for all employees to get involved in the community. "My goal is that all Strike employees embrace the opportunity of giving back and giving generously in both workplace and all aspects of their lives." - Strike CEO, Steve Pate.
